Dance Recital Time

This is the time of year that is crazy for us. Dance recital time is full of extra practices, photos, dress rehearsals. Unfortunately the recital is about 26 miles away from our house, so it is also quite a drive to get there and back. This is Sarah's ballet costume. She was in the Lion King ballet.
Here is Sarah's tap costume. She was in a number called Zip-a-de- doo- dah. The girls had a very difficult tap routine, complete with a kick line and a big revolving circle.


Here is Sarah's lyrical costume. She danced to 'A Whole New World' from Aladdin. She loved this photo of herself because the photographer caught her in a jump.
